The files contained in this update include a change to the Toolkit that
accomodates a change Wall Data made to their HLLAPI interface in the
HLL51007.EXE update to Rumba 5.1, and also provides fixes to problems found
since the Toolkit's production release. The contents of the update adresses
the following:

  - Rumba 5.1 with PTF HLL51007.EXE
Wall Data changed their HLLAPI interface in PTF HLL51007.EXE. This means
that the Toolkit now needs to use a different communications DLL and
registry settings to work with Rumba, and these are different from those
set up during the Toolkit installation process. The Utilities program
included in this update has been modified to automatically update your
settings. Simply select Utilities from the Program Group, click on the
Communications tab, highlight the Rumba selection and click OK. You can
then close the Utilities dialog. (If the OK button is disabled when you
select Rumba, just select another emulator first and then select Rumba)

  - The WCL_HLLAPI function, which supports SEND and RECEIVE FILE functions,
did not work in the initial release of the Toolkit. It has been fixed
    in this update.

  - When creating an .EXE in VB for a 16-bit application created using
QFG for VB, a compile error occurred. The Global Constant for maphandle
was only declared for 32-bit. The Q4MISC.BAS file has been modified to
    fix this.

  - When generating a Project in QFG (by clicking on the Project button) an
application error in WCLQFG.EXE resulted, and the MatchList file was
corrupted. This happened when the MatchList contained 13 or more entries.
This has been fixed in this update.
